Designing a unique, accessible, and sustainable experience
User experience (or UX from user experience) is perhaps one of the most misunderstood disciplines in the world of design. UX refers to the discipline that defines and describes the relationship between a person and a product, service, or system.
The purchasing process in a supermarket, the use of a consumer product, or the flow of a museum visit, are all aspects of the vast universe of UX. That’s why they need to be studied, managed, and refined to provide users with a coherent, engaging, and memorable experience, capable of considering their limits and desires. In this sense, a sustainable experience is an accessible experience, able to meet the different needs and capabilities of participants, with inclusive and intuitive interfaces (UI from user interface) taking into account all outputs and their impact on the economy, society, and environment.
