The new bakery of Alberto Olivieri presents itself as a modern reinterpretation of the classic bakery: focused on the importance of raw materials, the oven aims to offer its customers a healthy and genuine product that follows the availability and seasonality of ingredients.


In developing the brand identity, HENRY & CO. proposed different solutions for the business naming. Among these, the name of the owner, Alberto Olivieri, was chosen to create a relationship of trust between the clients and the owner himself.

The bakery Alberto Olivieri aims to present itself as a welcoming and everyday place, inspiring trust and familiarity, and the choice of Alberto Olivieri’s name as the brand seeks to accentuate this feeling by aligning the business with his warm and welcoming personality.

A calligraphic logotype was then created, further emphasizing the sense of craftsmanship and familiarity, complemented by a small typographic slogan “atypical bakery” underneath. This small addition suggests the distinctive identity of the business, which combines the tradition of bakeries with innovation in the use of seasonal ingredients to create “atypical” recipes, as the name suggests.
