Complete design of the Trion product family with particular attention to ecodesign, sustainability, and user experience, as well as the redesign of the Klinmak website focusing on accessibility and usability.

Klinmak Srl is a company based in the province of Milan, founded in 2014 by two highly experienced professionals in the cleaning sector.
Following the initial design of the “Trion” floor-scrubbing machine, the founders turned to HENRY & CO. to redesign the aesthetic/functional aspects of the machine.
The new design of the Trion floor-scrubbing machine saw changes that profoundly influenced the aesthetic/functional character of the machine. Not only did HENRY & CO. rethink the aesthetic, launching colors and geometries totally counter to the rest of the market, but every change resulted in a significant improvement in the functional performance of the machine.
In synergy with ecodesign principles, the machine saw a reduction in the number of components and a design optimized for easy assembly and disassembly, positively affecting costs and reducing risks of damage. Additionally, emissions filtering technologies were introduced, as well as a new lithium battery, reducing electrical and water consumption while exponentially increasing efficiency.user experience. What was once a steering wheel became a yoke-style handlebar in the redesign of the machine. The machine’s drive is controlled by the two soft buttons placed at the 10:10 position of the handlebar, and to operate the machine, the user simply has to rest their palms on them.
The result is a command driven by a completely natural gesture. The interfaces for the options and modes of the machine were placed in the center of the handlebar, designed to be easily integrated with a touch screen monitor.
In parallel with the redesign of the floor scrubbing machines, HENRY & CO. handled the redesign of the website for a better user experience during navigation. Again, HENRY & CO. was engaged with UX and UI dynamics, and the result led to significant improvements in areas such as navigability, user interface, SEO/SERP optimization, dedicated product pages, and elimination of redundancies.
