HENRY & CO. took part in the 2019 Salone Satellite by establishing pensieromateria, a collective that stems from a common vision of HENRY & CO. and Luca Alessandrini in the field of sustainable design.
Pensieromateria has developed objects from the recovery of some waste linked to the food industry, such as tomato, coffee, oranges, and mycelium, corn, clay.
Some of the objects presented are:
- Arc, a lamp made with the Wascoffee material from Autogrill;
- Tomato Basket, Tomato Cutlery, Tomato Plate, made from tomato waste.
- Peel Chandelier from orange waste
